In an 18th century mansion Museum Bredius exhibits the private collection of the renowned art historian dr. Abraham Bredius (1855-1946). Besides paintings by Rembrandt, Jan Steen, Aert van der Neer, Adriaen van Ostade, Meindert Hobbema and many other major and minor masters of the Golden Age the collection comprises magnificent furniture, china silverware and cristal.
